Check out this site <http://www.sunbelt-software.com/recovernt.htm>.  The
Recover NT program reminds me of how the original Norton Undelete program
worked.  I bought a copy of the program and it seems to work as advertised
although I've not used it "under fire."  It works with FAT and NTFS disk
formats and you don't need to have it installed prior to deleting the file.

The price is $24.95 charged to your credit card and you get immediate
electronic delivery via web download and an e-mail with the license key to
activate the program.
