The only qualifications for a U.S. President is to be 35 years old, born in
the U.S. and been a resident for 14 years.

Therefore, intelligence is not a requirement, neither is to be in touch
with reality, nor the rest of the world, regardless of what any voter
believes.  (Although voters may set their own standards.)

To wit, Mr. Bush qualifies.

One does not even have to be elected; one can be a cabinet appointee in the
line of succession.

Up the ante to $.04.  Muahahahahaaaaa.
