Listers and Friday Night Lurkers,

My development machine HP 3000-922 has just issued a new
light on the front panel. It is the yellow light on the left
middle side of the panel, immediately to the left of the FFFF,F0FF
display normally seen when the system is running the idle loop. It
is immediately above what appears to be the battery light.

This light has a square on it with a ray in the north east direction.

I'm sure that the meaning of this icon is perfectly clear to most, but
my over-40 brain just doesn't seem to comprehend it. I would
normally refer to the appropriate hardware reference manual, but I
don't have one since I purchased this machine from one of our very
best of resellers as an nth hand machine, and it didn't include manuels.
(not a problem since the 3000 never breaks, and is so easy to use, no
one would ever think of breaking the shrink wrap on the manuals anyway.
These manuals are probably stored in their original packing box in an
underground salt mine in mid-Kansas by the original owner anyway)

Does anyone out there know what this light means?

As always, TIA

Joe.
