Thought I'd ask this list if anyone has experience with the software for
the following
and can offer some recommendations (NOTE: inexpensive is part of the
criteria.. ;-)

1) Need some software to morph pictures. One of my kids is collecting
some early
to current pictures of senior band students with the idea of having a
picture show
at their year-end banquet and showing their baby/elementary pictures
morphing
into their current picture. I see where Broderbund is offering
their tool for $20.
Anyone have any experience with it?

2) She also needs something that'll take the digital pictures (including the
morphing pics) and build something like a movie put to music,
hopefully with some
animations. Normally they use PowerPoint, but I'm wondering if there
is something
better. Potentially they want to copy this to DVDs or playable CDs
for the seniors...

Also, if you have something like this that you no longer use and would like to
donate it to the band program.... :-)
