Somewhat along the same lines, I just got a call from someone at HP (I
don't know exactly where). She said her area is surveying ISVs to see if
1) they are considering hosting applications (i.e., functioning as an ASP),
and 2) if they would be interested in an indirect sales channel through
HP. When I replied that we are looking into hosting apps, she asked if the
platform would be NT or UNIX. MPE evidently was not on her survey form. I
told her that the platform would be MPE, and she thanked me and hung up.

I am not sure what to make of this, other than that are parts of HP that
don't know or care about MPE.
