Hi all,

At HP WORLD 99, HP will be having some focus groups to discuss
the HP Electronic Support Center.  I'm told that if you stop by
their booth in the vendor area early during the show, you should
be able to sign up to participate!

I'd like to encourage users to visit them and help.
