There is an easy test to determine which interpretation of Michael's question
is correct. If Michael can see something like the following when he types in
the FORM command in Query, then my earlier interpretation and comments are
correct:

               RECNO,
               LAST-NAME,
               ENTRY-DATE,
                   .
                   .

If RECNO is not a visible dataitem, but rather is military slang, in the same
fashion as CINCCOMNAVMAR, for a list of record numbers, then Ted is right.

At the moment, only Michael knows for sure.
