 Yes, vplus will recognize a mdy date of 022900 as legal for the year 2000.
 VPLUS Year 2000 enhancements are expected to be part of 5.5 express 2
 (I am not sure about the exact customer delivery date).


[ Currently VPLUS handles year components 00-99 as 1900-1999. This scheme
  can be changed to interpret 00-49 as 2000-2049 and 50-99 as 1950-1999
  (YY:Split method).

  To invoke the above method of date interpretation, you need to define a
  JCW called VSETNEXTCENTURY and set bit 14 to 1.

 The above scheme will allow the user to enter 02/29/00 (MDY order) in an
 existing application and have it processed correctly.
