David, it sounds like you need to file a formal complaint with Dell.

Maybe this will help Dell with their awful customer service I've

in the last several days. Placed on online order for a notebook

Then, spent the next four days trying to get the simple ship-to address
changed. Each csr told me it was or was being changed. I didn't see it
change on the website however. Sure enough, just today, UPS tracking
reported "correct street # needed, not delivered." I called UPS and

enough, the original address was never touched. Why are they even
employing
these people?
