Most likely due to some proprietary 'extension' to standard HTML.  Wouldn't
it be nice if various vendors adhered to internationally accepted and
recognized standards like that for say... COBOL?  Amazing how much
proprietary stuff exists in the PC/Internet/Windows world that masquerades as
'standards'.
