FDF is bidding on doing an MIS Needs Assessment to replace a very old
system. It includes interviewing people to see what their needs are,
defining the hardware and software, etc.
We have done this type of requirment analysis before, but it has always been
very informal (ie by the seat of our pants :-) ). Does anyone know of any
software, books, etc for automating and/or formallizing this task ???
