     Abtech has reached an agreement with HP.  The settlement does
     not prohibit Abtech from supporting  HP equipment.  Abtech is
     still providing service to existing maintenance customers, but
     does not intend to pursue additional maintenance  contracts
     for HP 3000 systems.
