The world is fast changing.  It takes a while for adjustments to be made.
What I hear the US gov't saying to India is that if you're going to benefit
from us, then we expect you to reciprocate by buying our goods and services
with your new-found (earned) wealth.  It needs to be a win-win situation.
Isn't that the correct response?
