A quick check with the device control function keys showing, and sure enough.
DataNOW! is using the RECORD MODE.  Thanks to all for this and other suggestions.
Actually some (most) of the earlier suggestions had mentioned 'RECORD MODE', but I
missed it.  Busy with other stuff, and not familiar with 'RECORD MODE'.  I've used
'LOG TOP' and 'LOG BOTTOM' before, but never needed to know what 'RECORD MODE' was
and never took the time to find out.  Thanks to all!

Also got a suggestion about using one of the spooling softwares that have a LPD
Client(?).  Not sure but this is suppose to be able to send to the printers ip
address and leave the pc available for use while the printing is going on.  Might
be good for long reports on pc's using a modem connection to the net.  Not to
mention a more elegant method.
