Hi all,

An HP Support person, while reviewing material on User Defined Job Queues
in 6.0, wanted the ability to map certain users to specific job queues.
Sally Blackwell thought that customers would not have time to modify
hundreds of JOB "cards" or hundreds of STREAM commands to specify ";jobq=".
So, she created an initial version of the STREAM UDC and a simple
configuration file.

I have enhanced the config file to accept [jobname,]user.acct followed by
a job queue name.  Wildcards are supported. 6.0 is required.
