Hi all !  Mr. Lalley hit the nail on the head with option #2 below !  I replaced the terminator, and all is working well !  Thanks to all of you who responded quickly !

What the errors are saying is that it cannot see the boot drive.

You may have:

1) a failing ldev 1
2) bad terminator
3) bad cable if the drive is external
