We have been using the Herstal (think I spelled it correctly) autochangers for
a couple of years on all three of our systems with hardly a problem. Just
recently it appeared that the heads on one the changers got out of alignment
(the drive is in use almost 14 hours a day, 7 days a week), but when I
notified the vendor, they Fed Ex'ed (next day) a replacement drive out to me.
