as a matter of fact, even a living will can be tossed aside
should 'immediate family' take it to court.

Carol - You got me there......  Your experience is precisly what
I mean when I talk about 'full employment for lawyers.  You were
probably not sued because there was not much $$$$ to be gained.

The same-sex marriage law in Mass. will be a fertile field for
new legislation and litigation.
