Ah yes! I agree!  However when working thru agencies you end up doing things
their way via their contract.  Some of those are truely horrible!  My own
contract does not really address overtime but yes, it should.  Whether or not that
would be a higher rate depends upon the agreement reached with a client.  I'm
still not seeing much of a consensus out there on consulting industry common
practices.
