PRINTSPF now shows PARM1 and PARM2 values that encode the results of
the "A" and "C" carriage control records. I don't recall the details,
but the Native Mode Spooler manual has an appendix on "spoolfile block
format" or somesuch. It was something like PARMx=0 by default and 3 if
prespace and perf-skip were set instead.
