I'm not *that* old, but we use version 5. "Finally?" We "finally"
upgraded *to* 5.1e just last year; I didn't even know there *was* a
version 6. How is the format different?
As for culture shock, our users still refer to JobRescue as SMP, and if
you can believe it, the system UDC for the STATUS program is *still*
called, you guessed it, SMP. Not enough turnover in the company, I
guess. ;-)

In 5.1e (and earlier versions) you can do SHOW @.@;B (for Backward) to
display in reverse chronological order. I always thought this should be
the default behavior anyway, so this is a welcome change IMO. Perhaps
they added an F parameter (for Forward) to the SHOW command in the new
version which will take care of your concerns? ('HELP SHOW' anyone?)
