An express release has a Power Patch Tape and a Subsys tape.
A PP release has only PP tape. Express releases will be sent to you on request.
PP is sent to you by default. I hope this clarifies.
There is a difference betweeen Express 3 and Express 7. Express 7's subsys tape
will have all the products present in Express 3 and has more than that.
Express 7's PP will have all patches present in the PP of Express 3 and
much more. So Express 7 is a super set of Express 3.
