We have had an HP2564B printer since 1989 and have only had 1 service call
on it, still using same print head.  Our CE put a gas strut on the lid
gratis while here for something else, TO COSTLY TO SUPPORT - I don't think
so!!!!!!  Which DTCS did they say were going off support?
