This command limit #,# (before the "," the number of jobs after the
"," the number of sessions=number of concurrent users) can be issued
by manager.sys, operator.sys or for that matter any user on the
console with approriate capabilities

p.s. if you want to stop logging on set the value of the second
parameter to "0"; this will prevent any user from logging on.
Including you after you logged of. If you want to log on again use the
";hipri" paramater after the hello user.account statement e.g.
hello manager.sys;hipri
