Thanks for the kind words Lou.  Actually the .223 Remington is a very
accurate round and I know I can do better; I just need to work at it.  I
also do not think the (very) long 75 grain bullet I am using has quite
stabilized at 200 yards so trying for smaller groups at that range is
probably an exercise in frustration.  At some point, you have to decide
"this is good enough, now let's get good with it." 

This almost sounds like an HP3000 migration project:  "we have tested the
selected environment enough, let's make it work!"
