Printer devices and IP addresses

I would like to be able to get a snapshot of the printer devices on my
system showing device number, device class and IP address.
I know that IOCONFIG will output a list of devices and the classes they are
members of, but how can I get a corresponding list of the IP addresses for
each (printer) device?
