Hi Rashid,
Ok, Here is what Juan P. posted up and replied to me.
I am posting this to the list so if anyone else is interested they can
see/help both of us with it :)
equate a file to your modem port
example file m;dev=200
>Create a file (file A for example) with the following info (can be done
dynamically) your >beeper number followed by 6 commas followed by the numbers
you'd like to send >over the beeper :
>example 8675309,,,,,,911
>
>Strategically locate the following command :
>FCOPY FROM=A;TO=M;INPUT='Y'
>
>and wait for a beep.

>Place it in a loop and drive someone crazy.

>Thanks and Enjoy.
I then tried this and got errors...Juan replied with the message listed below.
>Sorry, there was a bug in my instructions. The ;INPUT="Y" code only
>works under VESOFT MPEX. The only reason why that piece of code is there
>is to bypass an Fcopy prompt asking you if okay to proceed if files not
>the same record width. Do your fcopy manually, without INPUT at the MPE
>prompt if file sizes different (which I think they will be) just reply Y
>to continue and see if it works. If it works, and you wish to automate
>in non-batch format, you'll have to get fancy to pass the process a "Y".
>Let me know how it goes.

>Juan c. Pineiro
I have tried it with the changes the Juan suggested...it hung up??? I am
confused but had to switch to an emergency project so will get back to it this
weekend :)
Hope this helps...
