If you are going to do the ad you will need a lot more than just the $1,000
that the folks at MBFoster and the other tool vendors are kicking in ... you
should have application vendors solicited to kick in and the logos of the first
100 companies with web address included should be in the ad!!

This would show that the ad was put together by independent software vendors
who love the HP e3000 ... and some customers would be very welcome to be
included.
