Please help me help a fellow programmer in my unit. I have very limited
experience with SUPRLINK.
He wants to run SUPRLINK inside a WHILE loop. With SUPRTOOL, specifying
PARM=4 on the RUN command lets you provide a command (e.g., a USE
command) in an INFO string. We're looking for something analogous in
SUPRLINK.
I tried running SUPRLINK with ";STDIN=", and I tried CIOR to redirect
$STDIN with a "<", with only limited success. For example, the last
command in the USE file is "EXIT ABORT", and that always seemed to cause
a fatal error.
Any other suggestions on how to use SUPRLINK inside a WHILE loop?
Thanks.
Walter
