However by removing Iraq from the picture as a supplier of nuclear materials
and possible devices, then the chances of Osama getting his greedy paws on a
device is reduced.

The same applies to other chemical or bio weapons.

Beside, Osama has reportedly indicated that regardless of the current Iraq
events, his will continue to seek the destruction of the USA. It makes no
difference to him.

I wonder how much love and peace will be in the hearts of the individuals
who will see their loved ones die as a result of these devices.

Then the cry will be "why didn't the usa do something". The same cry was up
after WTC and the hunt for the guilty was on. Sometimes, just the threat of
a big stick is all that is needed.

Iraq is not the little kid who pinched his brothers. They have started this
event. They will continue the same course of action until someone stops
them.

The biggest question to me (and others dont' have to agree), can the world
stop Iraq now or after they have their mass weapons.

North Korea should be the classic example of what can happen. The
appeasement was made. Now they do have nuclear devices and fast developing
better delivery systems. Where will the world be then?

I dont advocate armed conflict; however, there are times when action is the
only recourse. I also dont generalize my self as a war-monger either.

Joe A.
