Tracy,

as far as I recall (but my memory might fool me), some of
the SYSGEN logging events will actually only be "active" when
you have the subsys product "Security Monitor/iX" installed.
Command logging is most likely one of them.

Regarding 2xx versus 1xx log events... I believe that the 2xx
event types have been introduced with Posix... to be able to
store HFS filenames where the old log entries only had space
for traditional MPE filenames (file.group.account).
