Dewd! That book is out of print.  I've had Amazon searching for it for over
a year now.

QUE publishes a book called Visual Basic for COBOL Programmers ISBN:
0-7897-0268-1.  It correlates to an older version of VB but it still may be
a good starting point.  IMHO, once you have learned the basic structure and
syntax of the VB language, look it Class Modules.  Another good book is
Visual Basic 6 Bible ISBN: 0-7645-3227-8.
