Hi Greg,
Speaking as a systems manager, I would have to say that if you need to
ask the list for reasons for needing manage.sys access then you probalbly
dont need it. If I was your sys admin, and I read this you'd be outta
there Monday : ).

PS. Dont worry about the password dying with the data center staff,
its ALWAYS taped to the console : ).
