Paul has his facts confused according to the paperwork I saved and have in my
hands and notes from conversations with his star sales rep of over 10 years. However, he's entitled to his opinions.

ORBiT's response:
Not true. The quote for the license upgrade she mentions was $8,700, not
$30,000.
She did ask for another quote for an upgrade from a 947 to a 979/400, (a MUCH
bigger jump) which we quoted at $29,300, a figure comparable to the competition.
Had she made it clear at the time, that they were doing a machine consolidation
as part of the upgrade, the quote would have ended up being about half of that
figure.
Thanks for letting us set the record straight.
