You probably don't have the NS/3000 product installed, as it was
an expensive option.  Starting with 4.0 (IIRC) the Lan "link"
product was bundled in with FOS and it includes the Remote VT
service that allows other 3000s (that have full NS) and PCs using
something like Reflection to VT *to* the system.  But the :REMOTE
command and :DSCOPY require the full NS package to be purchased.

Do an :NSCONTROL STATUS and see which services are running.  With
the FOS LAn Link product you get someting like 8 lines of services
and with NS you get like twice that.

If you think NS is installed, then it's possible that one of the
config files that says what's installed is messed up.  You can
try streaming JCONFJOB.NET.SYS to see if that has any effect.
