 We have used this product for about a year or two.

 We dedicated a disc drive for the dump file.

 A program has to be run to set up the file for the dump.

 If you do not do this correctly, no dump.

 When you start the cpu you must (Start norecovery -R)

 Sometimes we get a dump file when we don't what one and

 Sometimes we what a dump file and we don't.
  (May be 3rd shift operator problem, does not happen to often)

 It seems worth it for us since we are a 7 X 24 site.
