Someone noticed a spike in CPU usage on this command.  Since it was run from a session it makes sense and I'm used to a multi CPU machine so I didn't notice.



I put a PAUSE 1 in the loop and it went down from 24% to 3% CPU.



It must be the pause that refreshes and gives the CPU time to think.
