It 'could' be am not sure.
These are generated by Fantasia and AventX and either auto-reply or dealt with it in their own special 3rd party way. What I mean is, they have not asked for console replies in years.
We have about 800 printers on our system. It seems only a couple are squeaky-wheels lately.
