Can anybody help re the following:-
  a) C ctime returns incorrect timestamp, does somebody know the
packing format of time_t on the HP3000-900?

  b) Is there a GNU C compiler for the HP3000-900 running MPE XL?

  c) Any pointers on how to call instrinsics if the compiler can't
read the SYSINTR.LIB.SYS!!! Manual refers to building your own
intrinsic file/ ignoring validation supplied.

NOTE: C/XL is non-ANSI compliant compiler
