humiliation, subjugation, and legalized theft for 40 years now. In that
context, the Palestinian response is no more or less than what should have
been expected.

Al says

Shameful as has been the Israeli 'policy' toward the Palestinean 'refugees',
it's even more shameful that their brothers in the Arab world at haven't
been willing to step up with offers of land, assistance, humanitarian aid,
etc...the Palestinean problem has festered for quite a long time, but the
Palestinian homeland issue has only been a  'problem' since 1948,
apparently.

The Israelis can take blame...so can the Arab community.
