The Non-Exsistent parameter appears to be CPU 4096K.
Did I do something wrong?

It seems the simulator no longer includes Gavin's enhancements.
I put the new HP3000 simulator in place and received.
C:\HP3000\My Series III>hp3000 startup

HP 3000 simulator V3.11-2 Release 9
startup> set CPU 4096K,CIS,IDLE=10
Non-existent parameter
sim> quit
Goodbye

Did anyone else get this?
Thanks

I gather you're referring to the Windows binary.  I've never tried WINE
(and have no way of trying it), so I don't know.  There is relatively
little platform-specific code in the simulator -- a bit dealing with Telnet
connections, a bit dealing with serial ports, and a bit to get better timer
resolution.  The large majority of the external calls are to the standard C
library.

That said, the source should compile easily on a variety of platforms
(Linux, FreeBSD, macOS) using gcc or clang.  No third-party libraries are
used, so compilation should be just a matter of unpacking and making as
described in Section 1.1. of the included "SIMH Users' Guide Supplement."
