Our Detroit office has been unable to purge files from a disc drive.  Below
is the actual error.

:PURGE DCMNTH
VOLUME SET NOT MOUNTED - MOUNT PROBLEM  (FSERR 113)
Unable to purge file "DCMNTH.EOM.AMCH". (CIERR 384)


LDEV IS 67, MEMBER9


They can write to the drive, update files/data bases on it, but are unable
to purge files.

Any advice out there, or has anyone seen this error ?

HP's CE is saying that we need to replace the drive......
