Bob,

My suggestion would be to use your database maintenance tool to remove the
automatic path from the dataset and re-add it. Of course, this might not
be a good solution if time is of the essence and the detail set is large
enough that it would take too long. However, I think in general it would
be easy and quick.

My $.02.

Subject: Lost a disk drive

Good Morning,

Last night it appears we either lost a disk drive or controller card.
Anyway, we had enough disk to re-configure without the disk that listed as
the problem in logtool and also were able to disconnect the controller card
associated with the disk. My problem is that on the partial performed last
night, one of the automatic masters was not backed up due to the disk
problem.

Restoring the full will add the master back but how do I get the master to
be
in sync with the rest of the database? Help would greatly be
appreciated....
