The second sentence in your reply contradicts the first.  Some clarification
seems to be in order.

Paul,

You will definitely have problems if you mix memory
sizes on the same carrier.  If you add a second carrier
and redistribute the memory, so each carrier has 2x128
and 1x256, you should be alright.
