While I'm here maybe some of you have a quick answer to this. Admittedly I
know very little about MPE/ix - we bought this used - a CE friend gave me a
CD and that's the extent of my training.

We have MPE/ix 5.5 which is supposed to be Y2K - on startup I set the date
which seems to be fine - we use the system date to generate our own in-house
Julian Date routines - everything's fine.

Except - when I try to stream a deferred job it will start immediately and
the system will say that

."Specified time is earlier than or at the current time - Job will be
streamed immediately"

(CIERR 9090)

Which tells me that there is a "hard date" that has to be set -

Any ideas?
