Gee, I'm not accusing anyone of anything.  I just read the article which
says "Elfving flatly concluded that unfettered access to information on the
Internet does not equal a license to steal or distribute protected trade
secrets."

At worst, you could ask "how does telling people how to
possibly illegally copy a DVD = free speech".

AFAIK, the programmers didn't steal anything.
