Patrick,
Please be gentle with yourself. What you said was, so far as I could tell,
appropriate. We all need to be careful to give credit where it is due (see
http://www.gsm.cornell.edu/staff/Gene/clocktower.html for one situation which
has come up before). I don't expect that Gary knew where to find the original
listing, just passed on what he had and I trust he won't take offense at your
having located further information and provided it to us with a reminder we
would all do well to keep in mind.
