We have been GETting and PUTting files via FTP to another HP3000 over a
frame-relay connection.  Just over the weekend we started having problems,
we can do everything but a get or put.  We can login, do a dir or ls, change
mode, etc.  But as soon as a GET or PUT command is used, the session freezes
or hangs.

Any ideas on what might be causing this.
