My theory, is ironically, the computerized process of sifting through
the submitted resume data. I don't think anyone looks at these
applications anymore. Programs are written to systematically go through
the data. If the computer doesn't match you up with the desired criteria
then, as far as the humans are concerned, it is as if you don't exist.
