Lee,

I've sent you a fax of the HP50759A modem commands from the appendix
of my copy of the "HP Support Link Users Manual". If it's any help
in your obtaining a copy, my manual describes itself on the back of
the title page as "Owner's Manual 82003700 Revision B - 9/15/90 - PAK
HP50759A". The back cover contains the number "86000972". I don't
see a standard book number (ISBN) anywhere.

We're using an HP50759A SupportLink modem for Predictive Support and
another autodial application. I have no user manual for the modem,
HP says none is available, and the Response Center claims to have no
knowledge of the command set for it. I need to add some pauses to
one of the dialing strings, but the double quote character (") used
by the
HP37212B modem seems to not work. Can anyone tell me what is the
correct character to use? Would someone be willing to provide a copy
of the command set by fax or e-mail?

TIA,
